The OCU-4000 system is used to record chronological, temporal sequences of objects that pass a sensor. The system consists of an interface which transmits the data to the computer and the light barrier sensor which detects the objects. The system is used in applications where exact seeding regularity is important.

The Vision System Quest Pro is a device for measuring the statistical distribution of coated seeds within a lot under laboratory conditions. Coating and seed geometry is measured with a camera. A light barrier is used to trigger the flash light and the camera to capture the free falling seeds. To get a sharp and distortion free image, a telecentric lens is used together with a very short flash on time.

The CornCounter MW is a device for measuring the statistical distribution of seed planting and drilling under laboratory conditions. Planting accuracy is precisely measured with the CornCounter. Variation of the equipment settings, operating speed, seed treatments, or dusty seeds may influence the planting accuracy.
